McKinney Falls State Park is developing an approximate .5 mile natural surface extension to the Onion Creek hiking trail and they asked the Trail Tamers to assist in construction. The trail has been vetted by TPWD, flagged, and the corridor cleared of heavy brush. Volunteers are needed to finish brushing the trail corridor and cutting new tread.
This is the first of several Saturday workdays that the Trail Tamers will be involved in. Bring a friend along.
