American Trails - Trail Skills Project

The Trail Skills Project serves as the workforce hub for the trails community providing connections to trails education, trail expertise, professional development, and job opportunities.

Arizona Trail Association Video Trail Skills Institute

This video series seeks to provide Arizona Trail volunteers an introduction to the basics of trail maintenance as a supplement to in-person Trail Skills Institute sessions.

Utah State University Trail Master Steward 

The Utah State University Trail Master Steward online course is intended to provide volunteers, trail organizations, and land managers both a foundational understanding of the values inherent in trail stewardship as well as introduce the basic skills required to be steward of our trail resources. There is a $10 fee.

Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado Outdoor Stewardship Institute 

Since 1986, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) has been a leading source of training programs for outdoor stewardship and leadership skills. Each year, the VOC trains hundreds of people through its Outdoor Stewardship Institute, not only to lead VOC volunteers, but also to assist government agencies and stewardship organizations across the country in effective and sustainable stewardship efforts.

The Central Texas Trail Tamers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
