Friends of McKinney Falls State Park - Introduction to Trail Maintenance Class

The Trail Tamers assisted the Friends of McKinney Falls State Park by hosting a class on the trail maintenance.  The class includes:

• Safety
• Hillside Hydrology
• 5 Essentials of Sustainable Trails
• Trail Structures
• Trail Maintenance

The class is divided into three segments:

1. Class Room (60 Minutes)
2. Tailgate Safety and Tools (30 Minutes)
3. Trail Eyes (60 minutes hiking the Homestead Trail)
